Lori Whitlock is a law clerk at Hofland/Lollman, graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May 2026. During her time at TU, she was inducted into the Order of the Curule Chair—the highest academic honor a student can receive, reserved for students in the top ten percent of their class who render distinguished service to the University. Lori also earned the Chapman-Rogers Award for Excellence in Leadership, the Chandler Award, six CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and was named a William J. Holloway Scholar for demonstrating academic excellence, leadership, integrity, and a commitment to civility.

While in law school, Lori served as Executive Articles Editor of the Tulsa Law Review, President of the Student Bar Association, and Treasurer of the Public Interest Board. She also served as a Dean's Fellow for Academic Success, teaching first-year students skills for success in law school, and as a 10th Circuit Year in Review Fellow, summarizing Tenth Circuit opinions for practitioners. Her student comment, Swift Injustice: How Government Proffers Compromise Pretrial Liberty, is forthcoming in the Spring 2026 issue of the Tulsa Law Review.

Lori was also selected as a 2024 Federal Magistrate Judges Association Fellow while interning for the Honorable Jason Robertson, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. She also externed for the Honorable Jodi F. Jayne, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the Honorable Jane P. Wiseman of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals.

Lori will step away from the firm temporarily to prepare for the July 2026 bar exam and has accepted an offer to continue Hofland/Lollman as an attorney upon admission.
